1. Delivery Terms and Conditions
    • We currently deliver only in selected cities across India.

    • Orders are delivered based on stock availability or according to timings discussed with you via phone calls or other communication methods.

    • Deliveries may be made through authorized distributors, retailers, or directly from our facilities.

    • Please inspect all products upon delivery for damages, expiry date, and correct quantity.

    • KAR INDUSTRIES is not responsible for delays caused by holidays, weather, labor unrest, government decisions, pandemics, or any uncontrollable events.

    • All issues related to empty jars, returns, and refunds are handled exclusively through the retailer or distributor from whom the product was purchased. KAR INDUSTRIES does not manage these directly.

    • Any product-related or delivery-related issues should be reported within 3 days through the contact information provided in the website footer or via the callback request options on brand product pages.

2. Returns and Refunds
    • Products are generally non-returnable; however, defective products will be replaced after verification.

    • Customers should report defects within 3 days using the contact details provided with supporting evidence.

    • Refunds and empty jar pickups are handled directly by the authorized retailers or distributors, not by KAR INDUSTRIES.

    • KAR INDUSTRIES is not liable for refunds or returns outside the authorized channels.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
    • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement by contacting customer care or using callback requests available on product pages.

    • Delivery rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery.

    • Cancellations and reschedules requested through social media or unofficial channels will not be processed.
